Two people to Santiago pay $25. Six people to Santiago pay the same $25. A platform quoting a per-person fare only looks cheaper until a family of five adds it up. Luggage is included in the same figure — no per-bag or per-golf-bag charge.
Standard vs VIP
Standard is an air-conditioned SUV or minivan, one to six passengers with the usual four to six cases: $25 Santiago, $45 La Vega, $89 Jarabacoa, $85 Puerto Plata, $105 Cabarete, $175 Santo Domingo. VIP is a larger, higher-spec vehicle with a more experienced driver and bottled water: $59 Santiago, $89 La Vega, $149 Jarabacoa, $145 Puerto Plata, $169 Cabarete, $269 Santo Domingo. Most solo and couple travelers choose Standard; VIP is popular for business travel into Santiago, weddings and groups wanting extra comfort on the mountain roads.
The van surcharge, round trip and what is included
Seven to fourteen passengers moves to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP, on local destinations. Booking a round trip takes 5% off the pair, and there is no prepayment penalty for booking the return leg later.
Included in every fare: taxes and tolls, flight tracking, meet-and-greet inside the small arrivals hall with a name sign, free waiting for a delayed flight, and child seats fitted when you tell us the ages. Not included: gratuity, at your discretion.
