Before confirming the vehicle

Confirm passenger numbers, every bag and any child-seat or mobility needs before accepting the vehicle. A zone drive time is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time. For departure, give the flight number and local date; agree a pickup time separately from the flight time.

Standard and VIP are vehicle categories. Confirm the actual vehicle, passenger and luggage capacity, child-seat needs and pickup arrangements in writing. VIP does not imply a more qualified driver, different waiting terms or guaranteed special access.

2Receive written confirmation of the destination, vehicle price and airport meeting instructions before travel.
3At STI, follow the confirmed meeting instructions and look for your driver with your name sign. Contact us if you cannot find the driver.
4Travel to the confirmed hotel address. For the return, confirm the pickup point, pickup time, departure date and flight number in advance.
