Where Playabachata Resort sits and where we stop

How the pickup works

1Send the exact hotel name, flight number, travel date, passengers and luggage on WhatsApp. Include a map pin if your reservation uses a different name.
2Receive written confirmation of the destination, vehicle price and airport meeting instructions before travel.
3At STI, follow the confirmed meeting instructions and look for your driver with your name sign. Contact us if you cannot find the driver.
4Travel to the confirmed hotel address. For the return, confirm the pickup point, pickup time, departure date and flight number in advance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $85. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
