Holiday Inn Santiago sits along the Cibao business corridor, popular with conference and corporate travellers, with a covered porte-cochère wide enough for two cars to load luggage side by side. The drive from STI crosses briefly onto the city's main commercial avenue before turning in, which is why arrival tends to land in the middle of the 15 to 25 minute window rather than the fastest end of it. There is one guest drop-off point at the front doors; deliveries and conference buses use a separate rear entrance the driver will not need.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the $25 Standard / $59 VIP price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so an early or delayed landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in the STI arrivals hall with a name sign, just past the exit doors.
4. 4Direct 15–25 minute drive along the Cibao business corridor and drop-off at the Holiday Inn's front porte-cochère.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $25. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
