Where Gran Jimenoa sits and where we stop

Gran Jimenoa Hotel sits on the banks of the Río Jimenoa itself, close to the turn-off for the Jimenoa waterfall road, and is one of the easier Jarabacoa hotels to find since it fronts the river rather than sitting behind a farm gate. From STI the route climbs steadily out of the Cibao valley on the mountain road to Jarabacoa, gaining altitude the whole way; allow 60 to 80 minutes and expect the temperature to drop noticeably by arrival. The hotel's single entrance opens onto its riverside parking area, where the driver stops with your bags.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the $89 Standard / $149 VIP price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in the STI arrivals hall with a name sign, just past the exit doors.
4. 4Direct 60–80 minute mountain drive to Jarabacoa and drop-off at Gran Jimenoa's riverside entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $89. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
