Where Cayo Levantado Resort sits and where we stop

Cayo Levantado Resort is on an island. Its official arrival instructions identify Simi Báez pier for the onward resort boat. Our Samaná-zone price covers the road transfer to the confirmed mainland pier only; the boat is not included. Before travel, ask the resort to confirm the pier pin, boat arrangements and arrival time for your reservation. For the return, agree the mainland meeting time after your boat arrival; do not book a car pickup at the island lobby.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send the exact hotel name, flight number, travel date, passengers and luggage on WhatsApp. Include a map pin if your reservation uses a different name.
2. 2Receive written confirmation of the destination, vehicle price and airport meeting instructions before travel.
3. 3At STI, follow the confirmed meeting instructions and look for your driver with your name sign. Contact us if you cannot find the driver.
4. 4Ask the resort to confirm the mainland pier pin, boat arrangements and arrival time for your reservation. For the return, meet the car on the mainland after your boat arrives, not at the island lobby.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $235. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
