Where Hotel Alisei sits and where we stop

Hotel Alisei lists Calle Francisco Alberto Caamaño Deñó at Playa Las Ballenas, Las Terrenas. This is a Las Terrenas destination within the Samaná zone. Send your apartment or reservation reference and agree the reception meeting point; the beach name alone does not identify the hotel entrance.

Property information source

How the pickup works

  1. 1Send the exact hotel name, flight number, travel date, passengers and luggage on WhatsApp. Include a map pin if your reservation uses a different name.
  2. 2Receive written confirmation of the destination, vehicle price and airport meeting instructions before travel.
  3. 3At STI, follow the confirmed meeting instructions and look for your driver with your name sign. Contact us if you cannot find the driver.
  4. 4Travel to the confirmed hotel address. For the return, confirm the pickup point, pickup time, departure date and flight number in advance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $235. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
